This Privacy Policy explains how JH WPC handles information when visitors use this website, submit a business inquiry, or choose one of the available contact channels. This version is provided for staging and functional testing of the website and must be reviewed and updated before any production launch.

1. Information We Collect

The website is designed for business-to-business product and project inquiries. The main inquiry form is intentionally limited to the information needed to start a conversation.

The inquiry form may collect:

• Name, if you choose to provide it.
• Email address.
• Your message or business requirements.

Depending on the page from which an inquiry is sent, the website may also add limited server-generated context such as the current page or product reference so that the inquiry can be understood correctly. The public form is not intended to collect account passwords, payment-card data, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

2. How We Use Inquiry Information

Information submitted through the inquiry form is used to review and respond to the business request, clarify product or project requirements, provide relevant product information, coordinate quotations or samples, and continue normal sales communication.

The staging configuration does not use inquiry content for automated profiling, behavioral advertising, or unrelated marketing automation.

3. Inquiry Delivery and Storage

Under the current staging configuration, inquiry messages are handed from the website to an authenticated email-delivery service and then delivered to the business sales mailbox. The test configuration uses Brevo as the mail-transport service and Microsoft 365 as the business email service.

The website is configured so that WordPress, ACF and zeroY do not intentionally keep a separate durable copy of the submitted Name, Email or Message after the email handoff. The sales mailbox is treated as the main business record for the inquiry.

For functional testing, sales inquiry email records are assumed to be retained for up to 24 months unless they are deleted earlier or need to be kept longer for an active business relationship, dispute, legal obligation or another legitimate operational reason.

4. Technical, Security and Anti-Spam Data

The website may process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the site. This may include request timing, security tokens, anti-spam signals, IP-related network data, browser or user-agent information, referrer information and server request logs.

The inquiry form uses normal security and anti-spam controls such as request validation, CSRF protection, timing checks, honeypot fields and rate limiting. These controls are intended to reduce automated abuse without requiring a visible CAPTCHA during ordinary use.

For this staging configuration, operational and access logs are assumed to be retained for up to 30 days. Inquiry message content is not intended to be written into public logs, analytics payloads or shared cache.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This staging website does not currently use advertising or behavioral-analytics cookies. WordPress or other necessary website components may still use technical cookies or similar storage for functions such as administrator login sessions, security, language selection, or other essential site operations.

If analytics, advertising, consent management, embedded media or other services that use additional cookies are enabled later, this policy and any required consent mechanism should be updated before those services are used on the production website.

6. Analytics and Advertising

For the current functional-test configuration, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar are treated as disabled. No production statement should rely on this section unless the live site is checked again before launch.

7. Third-Party Services

The staging configuration may use third-party infrastructure and communication services to operate the website and deliver inquiries. Test services include hosting or infrastructure, Cloudflare for CDN and security functions, Brevo for email transport, Microsoft 365 for the business mailbox, and WhatsApp when a visitor chooses that contact option.

When you follow a link to a third-party service such as WhatsApp, your interaction with that service is governed by the third party's own terms and privacy practices. JH WPC does not automatically open WhatsApp or automatically transfer the contents of the website inquiry form to WhatsApp.

8. International Processing

Because website infrastructure, email services, CDN services and communication providers may operate in more than one country, information may be processed or stored outside the country from which a visitor accesses the website. The exact production providers and transfer arrangements must be reviewed before launch.

9. Data Retention

The functional-test retention assumptions are:

• Sales inquiry emails: up to 24 months.
• Server and security access logs: up to 30 days.
• Operational email-delivery logs: up to 30 days.
• Website backups: up to 30 days.
• Durable inquiry records inside WordPress / zeroY: not intentionally retained.

These periods are staging assumptions only and must be replaced by the final operational retention schedule before production use.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending on the laws that apply to you and to the website operator, you may be able to ask about personal information associated with a business inquiry, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question. Requests can be made through the public Contact page or another approved privacy contact method published on the website.

Before production launch, the final Privacy Policy should be reviewed to confirm which legal rights and response procedures actually apply to the business.

11. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business users, distributors, contractors, project buyers, procurement teams and other professional visitors. It is not designed as a service directed to children.

12. Security

JH WPC uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the website and business inquiry process. No internet transmission, email system, hosting platform or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, inquiry process, service providers, analytics, advertising, security controls or business practices change. The updated version will be published on this page and the page's last-updated date will reflect the revision.
